Four Point Cycle Program: Each property is broken into 4 weeks of service, ensuring every section of the property is completely maintained by the end of the 4 week cycle. This includes all irrigation checks and reports, all ground cover and shrub care, and any pest control. This program allows us to have systems and schedules for the on site crew to follow, that are easy to understand. Monthly schedules are generated by the account manager and reports of completion are filled out by the crew leader of each crew.
